Policies & Procedures

• ALL appointments require a deposit. Please be sure to provide a valid email address when bookin. Please be sure of the date you need before booking as all deposits are for the date booked only. 

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE.

• Failure to show for your session without proper cancellation will result in ineligibility to future bookings.

• I do my best to be respectful of your time. To ensure no/limited wait time, A $10 Late fee is applied to ALL clients who arrive more than 8 minutes late to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment, it will result in cancelation of your session.

• I love to capture your beauty! To effective and efficiently work i cannot have the distraction of cellular phone usage or bonnets while services are being rendered. 

• For the safety and security of everyone, no guest allowed to appointments unless they are being serviced.

• Brow grooming is HIGHLY recommended 24-72 hours before services. 

• We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone creating a hostile environment
