Policies & Procedures

• ALL appointments require a deposit. Please be sure to provide a valid email address to receive the deposit. After 24 hours of an unpaid deposit the appointment will cancel. Be sure if the date you need before booking.  All deposits are for the date booked only! ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE.

• a $50 fee will be taken for all “No Show” or Same Day cancellations. Extenuating circumstances are an exception if it’s communicated with your artist.

• A $10 Late fee is applied to ALL clients who arrive more than 8 minutes late to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be recorded as “No Show” and a fee will apply.

• NO CELLPHONE USAGE/ NO BONNET allowed while services are being rendered 

• NO children or additional guest allowed to appointments unless they are being serviced.

• Brow grooming is HIGHLY recommended 24-72 hours before services. 

• We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone creating a hostile environment
